Bathroom in rental needs some remediation

They went out of their way during Easter weekend to check the situation on our tenants bathroom when we listed on Builders crack. They gave us best case and worst case scenario quotes given we didn’t know what they’d find behind the walls and they completed the work efficiently, all while keeping us looped in to what was happening. Highly recommend Pōneke Construction. We’ll be using them again for sure!
