At Just In Building, we deliver high-quality residential building and renovation work across Hawke’s Bay. As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with over 20 years of experience, I specialise in renovations, outdoor living spaces, and full design-and-build projects.

This client wanted to increase their kitchen space while taking full advantage of natural light.

Bringing dreams into reality. Another design and build project with the addition of a nice large double slider door to really keep the warmth in.

Carport

This was a design and build carport offering 30 square meters of covered in area. This lucky client can now enjoy a cool car in summer and no more de-icing in the winter months. Also a great area for the kids to play on wet days!

New architectural build. 220 square meters, offering open plan living with a great indoor/outdoor flow.
