Time frame: ASAP Require a hard wood deck laid over top of tiles on concrete. There are three parts: 1. Top deck - approx 9 x 3.5 m 2. Stairs 3. Circular stairs at bottom - OK for these to be squared off if required There is also a section which has subsided. Ideally this would waterproofed before the deck is placed over top.
