Time frame: ASAP Require a hard wood deck laid over top of tiles on concrete. There are three parts: 1. Top deck - approx 9 x 3.5 m 2. Stairs 3. Circular stairs at bottom - OK for these to be squared off if required There is also a section which has subsided. Ideally this would waterproofed before the deck is placed over top.

Pergola with clear light

We are wanting to redo the pergola to the entrance to the house and make it bigger as old one leaks. We will dismantle the old one and are just wanting a clear light roof coming off the house with a wooden frame to cover the concrete area in the picture so it is much bigger then original.
