Wooden window repair/replacement

I would like to get two windows either repaired or replaced as they are rotting. The rot is mostly located in the central window frame, and the internal sill. One builder recommended repairing the rotten parts, however I do have a couple of secondhand windows that are a similar size (one pictured). Looking to have this job completed by end of May.
