For the purposes of a Disputes Tribunal hearing I require a "qualified opinion" or survey/statement on the condition of my home timber deck surface. This work was described by my swimming pool installer as follows: You asked for me to give you an outline of what i think needs to be done around the pool edge after the deck was removed in spots. Here goes….. The aluminum face plate that we unscrewed is in 3 pieces. it can't be screwed back on until the bearers are renewed and the top boards put on. Hi, we are planning to lay a T&G wooden floor over our existing concrete floor. The area is about 75sqm and the job will need to be completed in the next 4 weeks (ideally). The areas are the hall, laundry, one bathroom, one toilet, main kitchen/dining/living area (see attached map). The house is currently empty.
