We have a wardrobe with double swing-opening doors. We want the door frame opened right up to the extent of the wardrobe cavity and replaced with triple mirrored sliding doors. We need some new steps built up to an old deck on our rental property on Waiheke (tenanted). The current steps, along with the small landing, need to be replaced. The deck also has to be made fast to the house as it is currently only nailed on. This is typical of older houses on Waiheke. See pictures below. Build low box to use as a superking-size bed base

I'd like to have a bed base built. It will be very low to the ground - basically a large, very low plywood box, probably with some vents cut into the top. We're probably looking to fit 2 single XL mattresses on top (each is 915 x 2030 mm) with some space remaining around the sides and ends. We'd like it built sometime between 3 April and 26 April 2019. Replacement of steps

Approx six wooden steps need replacing due to old age. The remaining steps to the second story deck on the south side of the house are ok. Some of them were replaced many years ago. Also another job, I would like the small wooden seat on the north facing deck to be replaced with one of very similar design. I would like this done within the next two months.
