Repair to the wall where tiles were removed. Corners to be made good ready for painting. Some of chip subfloor may need replacing with plywood once tiles have been lifted. Pantry doors to be removed and create opening instead. Hello We would like the deck checked and any boards that need maintenance or replacing, to be fixed. An internal sliding door downstairs needs to be affixed to the door way between the kitchen and hallway upstairs. We are currently having the downstairs made into a separate dwelling - there are tenants upstairs. I do not know how much this will cost, it will depend on the deck repairs. Regards Vicki

I need a deck built at my bach in Kinloch. It would be approximately 4x6m. I have attached a picture of a rough plan of what I would like. I will be at the bach from the 16th-23 April if you would like to meet. I would like the deck built over the winter.
