We are double glazing our house, while we are doing this we are removing on of the windows and installing a bi-fold door that we wish will lead out to a deck. Deck I have planned is around 27m2. 900mm of the ground (at lowest point). Im hoping the deck can rest on the steps at the back door (green steps). Steps on the deck is just roughly in place I want them. Enjoy my lovely ms paint work :)

It came to our attention when the washing machine "slumped sideways" that the floor under the washing machine was rotting. Probably from the odd leak. Its not rotten right through. Just need it fixed up so the washing machine sits level again.
