Hello – I am after someone to make me and install for me a wooden fireplace-hearth border/surround, similar to that shown in the photograph. I have uploaded the dimensions of my hearth too. My hearth is made from 12mm of cement board, and then a 10mm thickness Rio Sandstone tile, giving a total thickness of 22mm. I would want the wooden surround to have a rebate profile like that shown in the photo.

Hi current deck is around 60m2 (maybe a bit more), and we would like this removed and replaced with a hardwood deck (maybe with something like Ipe , Tonka, Jarra, Vitex wood). We would then like this sealed/treated and stained if needed so it will be maintenance free for a while. Replacement section of floor

We're replacing our tiled floor in living room with new tiles. We've had the old tiles removed and the floor surface prepared but have a section of floor (around 6x3 metres) that needs to be replaced as damp has got into it. We suspect the joists in that area will also need replacing especially as new tiles are big and heavy.
