Fitting new internal doors

We would like to replace our internal doors. There are 15 total. We would buy plain doors and have the handles but would need someone to fit them to the doors and make sure the doors fit correctly into the door frames and the catches work correctly. Our back door deck needs to be fixed or replaced...our hot water cupboard floor is water damaged and needs to be replaced...damage may have extended to the floor outside the space on which parquet flooring is laid...other general repairs...also in another property at RED BEACH we need some of our doors shaved to open smoothly over new carpets...that job is urgent as the house is for sale. The water damage job is covered for insurance.

Replace rotten chipboard flooring in laundry room

My washing machine has been leaking and chipboard flooring has rotted. The wooden joists appear solid. Initially planning to do the work myself I have cut away the worst of the damage, but am now considering this as an insurance job. I'd like this section of floor replaced with a more waterproof floor ( ?WBP ply). Of note part of the rotten flooring goes under the gib wall. See attached photos
