We need our current deck to be rebuilt to standard. May be able to use some of the existing supports but overall a complete re-build. We will demo the current deck so just the build for you. We would like it to step down so its no higher than 1.5 meters on both steps, land underneath has a slope We will first off need a quote ASAP and have finance arranged to cover cost. Replace wooden scribers around 3 aluminum window frames

3 windows need the wood that is on the side of the aluminum frames (scribers) replaced the wood isnt part of the window frame just sits on the side. 1 frame is a ranch slider on a deck, another a window that can be accessed with a normal ladder or even step ladder. the other is on the first floor. we have scaffolding available until the end of the 7/3 already setup so access should not be a problem if job can be done before then. We'd like our existing deck extended. Per the photos, we'd like the deck to cover the full concrete pad, from the fence to the retaining wall. Approximate size of the extension is 520cm x 290cm. The site is gently sloping so the deck will need to accommodate that. Also need to ensure access to the manhole, so some kind of removable cover will be required. Timber needs to match the existing deck (see photos). Site has easy flat access.

We have a skylight (just above ceiling height) in our kitchen area. The surround is made of chipboard which has swollen due to moisture. We would like the chipboard removed and replaced with dressed timber. All timber work completed we will finish and paint.
