Some skirting needs replacing and a hole in the wall of the bathroom repaired (the leak that caused it has long been fixed) and part of the wall repainted once this is done. There is also a window latch that needs replacing in this room. Outside an old garage door has come unhinged and is getting a bit dangerous with kids around, this also needs a robust fix.

I would like to get two dog doors installed. One in the door leading from house to garage and one in the door from Garage to outside. I can supply the dog doors or you can. The ones I would supply would be like the Hakuna Medium door from Bunnings. The doors are both wood and are exactly the same (picture attached) and are 4mm wide.
