borer infestation in particle board flooring in '70's keith hay style home. To cut flooring around walls and remove. Borer spraying will then take place before new flooring is laid. Some joist infestation but very little, hopeing that can be sprayed and reused. Not sure if all flooring needs replaceing or if just the worst bits, will know more once the carpet is up. Following a major reclad, we have a large Kwili deck that needs extending and repairing. It needs stringers to connect it to the house, joists, plus decking and fixings suitable for a sea-spray zone.
