Extend existing deck along SW side of house. Size 3m x 15m. Plus add a 1m wide ramp up onto extension from front of house. The existing deck needs some repair work to replace some warped or damaged boards. The new deck will exceed 1.5m above grade along the outer edge and is to have a solid clear balustrading system, so as to not impede view. Ideally work to be completed over next two months.
