We need a 3x3m or 3x4m pergola built. Either free standing or attached to thensure house. Not part of any decking area. It's for a West facing window to shade it from the late afternoon sun (we will have deciduous climbers growing up the pergola). Main concern is the view to the hills. Veranda for 1900's villa

Build a veranda in the style suitable for a turn of 19th century villa. New wood rather than recycled boards. The veranda is just over 10m long and the width is about 1.5m. Repair of wooden garden obelisk that has been damaged by wind - will involve some limited digging and anchoring of the structure back in place. Small repair of garden gate - a trellis gate to the side of the house where to bottom board has become loose over time . Maintenance job on wooden shed door as it is getting difficult to close. The house is on the market so would appreciate help as soon as possible.

Window rotten timber replacement

As detailed in the photographs I would like the rotten timber replaced and the two bottom window hinges. The rotten timber is in the bottom right hand corner of the frame, the rotten bit of both the vertical & horizontal timber extends out from the right hand corner to the blue chalk lines.
