Window rotten timber replacement

As detailed in the photographs I would like the rotten timber replaced and the two bottom window hinges. The rotten timber is in the bottom right hand corner of the frame, the rotten bit of both the vertical & horizontal timber extends out from the right hand corner to the blue chalk lines.

Veranda for 1900's villa

Build a veranda in the style suitable for a turn of 19th century villa. New wood rather than recycled boards. The veranda is just over 10m long and the width is about 1.5m. As can be seen in the picture, the bricks will need to be lifted but the veranda would be about another 10cm? higher. Would like the existing posts to meet veranda.
