A tricky deck

I believe this deck was built in the last 10 years and was constructed without obtaining consent. Now I have the problem of getting a certificate and it is certainly not up to current standards. I need someone to work on the deck to make it legal and to obtain a certificate of compliance from the DCC. Does anyone on this site have the expertise to do this rather tricky job? Hi The floor in our hallway and linen cupboard was damaged by a slow leak from the pressure pipe to the hot water cylinder. Leak has been fixed but we need a builder to quote and repair as soon as possible please as we have "soggy weetbix" floors. There is also damage to one of the supports for the shelving. Shelving and covering the gas fire cavity

We would like some shelving (invisible if possible) put into to two cavities either side of the gas fire - 2 shelves each side. Additionally we would like the gas fire cavity (see image attached to the job) completely covered over with board strong enough to mount a TV on. Time frame - as with most jobs the sooner the better - ideally by the end of the month. There's also free parking on site.

Two sash windows need some repair work as per the attached photos. At present they have been held together by pieces of wood that have been screwed in place – but obviously they are pretty far gone. It is a single storey cottage. This damage became apparent when the property was recently painted. I believe the windows will need to be removed, fixed and put back into position.
