I purchased the house I am living in currently 2.5 years ago. At the moment the house is almost 4+ years old and since it was built, the deck hasn't been restored (apart from some cleaning that we did with water). Hey tradies, just after approx pricing for extending the deck using pine wood by 412cm long by 375cm wide and approx 80cm high off to the right side of the concrete patio displayed in the photo below with a 'L' seat coming off one corner and a pergola built over top. Squeaky Floorboard Repair

We are having new carpet laid soon and need someone to come in and fix all the squeaky floorboards once the old carpet is removed and before the new carpet is laid. Will have to coordinate with the carpet layers timing. Tongue and groove floors underneath and have creaks and squeaks throughout hallways, bedrooms and lounge. Carpet will be laid after November 29th, but date not confirmed yet.
