The bottom of the ranch slider has leaked into the adjoining wall. As far as I can see a bit of horizontal framing has rotted away. Looking for the timber to be replaced and Gib wall replaced and plastered ready for painting. Leak has not effected exterior wall and I would like that to be kept intact.
