Part of the window frame in an upstairs room has rotted away, as pictured. Access is from the flat part of the roof (where picture was taken from), and of course from inside. The whole window frame will need to be removed and repaired, then put back. Need it done reasonably promptly as it's getting a bit breezy in this room with the wind and rain whistling in!

Hi, I require my back door to be replaced. I have an old wooden door that will need to be trimmed for the space (height only) width and thickness are right. In order to save $$ I have bought MDF and cut it down to the pantry door size (I am replacing some old crap ones). I have painted them etc.. but just need someone to drill the circular holes etc.. for the kitchen hinges and hang them so they are straight and function correctly.
