We need a removable section of deck using kwilla and decking pine (which we have already) to match our deck and fit into a gap L = 2400mm x H = 550mm x D = 400mm . I have a ~6m x ~6m backyard fully fenced - it has become our dogs kingdom of poo over the last year. I'd like to fully deck the whole area and turn into a viable entertainment area for summer. There's a washing line on one of the fences which I will be uninstalling prior to the deck going in. There's also a large outdoor ground A/C unit (pictured) that will need to be considered. I can have this moved if necessary. I'd like to kick this off asap and have it ready for summer.

Barge boards on west and south end of 2 story 6 unit appartment block need replacing (and painting). Work/quotes needs to be approved by body corp. Other boards may also need to be replaced. Some window frame painting may also be needed at the same time. So at very least 4x 4meter barge boards to be replaced.

We have an approximately 10 sqm deck with a waterproof membrane under tiles. The deck is over 15 years old. There is damage to the substructure through water damage. The deck needs to be completely repaired, resealed and redecked. Access to the deck can be gained from the ground floor below.
