Selwyn building and maintenance

Before making contact my usual days available are Wednesday and Thursday between 8.30 and 4.30pm. Minimum Charges including travel within Christchurch is $115.00 for the first hour and 80.50 per hour there after including GST.. I do a seven day invoice. I have been building for 20 years spending 8 years doing insurance repairs including house fires flooding burglary’s collision repairs and storm damage and everything in between. Please do your homework on the cost of materials. I believe in being fair with my prices.
