Full Deconstruction - Soft Strip, Decon, Site Remediation

Muriwai - one of many houses that was affected by Cyclone Gabriel. Our team were tasked by our client to safely remove the building and return site to land remediation state. These houses present many hazards with slopes and angles that required the team to often work and think outside the box. About 80 percent of the property's materials will be repurposed to build tiny homes in Auckland or they are shipped to Tonga to build homes there. Whatever the case that's 80 percent that is not going into our landfills and helps our environment here in New Zealand. Wait no more contact us for your next project.

Our Project Scope started off with only Earthworks, which then moved to Civil and Hard Landscaping team. We were proud to date that this was the project that really highlighted our ability to compete as a small company to produce results a major and more established organisation could. A true testimony to getting the right people doing the job correctly the first time.

We were given the scope for the Hard Landscaping for this job where it entailed, Concrete, Permeable paving, and timber fencing. This particular residential project won an award which we were quiet chuffed about given that we were under time, budget and management constraints.
