Pergola instalation

Need to erect 4 pairs of wooden pergola poles and do the job safely. Each pair of poles will need a perloin across the top. Foundations will be into the stones in the pictures. The yellow spots show the approximate positions. Then need wires strung between the perloins to grow ornamental grapes on., for shade & shelter. Would appreciate a price please and for this done as soon as possible. More work could be needed if we get a good tradie!
