We are looking to have the balusters removed from our stairs and replaced with a Chippendale design or a second 3 space design, if you are able to provide a quote for each different design that would be great. We would like the newel posts to remain but be covered to update them into a more solid square shape, the existing hand railing is also OK to remain as it will be painted anyway - if painting the stairs is something you are able to do also please let me know. Casement Window Installation

A room was not built with a window and needs one installed. The construction date was 2016. The size of the window is 1200w x 400h. The external wall cladding is board and batten. This wall is load bearing, supporting the lower end of a mono pitch roof. The internal wall is gib, there aren't any pipes or cables behind it that I could detect. I'll supply the window with the timer liner fitted. Just need someone to fit it.

We want to replace the deck and make it bigger (currently 8m x 5m) with a cover and some type of shutter system to enclose it. We want a bbq prep area to build in a kettle type smoker and we also want to put a spa on it. We’d like it done before Xmas. We have finance approved but need quotes done to know how much money we need. Depending on the cost of this job, we may have one or two other jobs to do. Possibly another smaller deck extension and a retaining wall.
