In order for us to get council code of compliance, we have to have permanent steps built, so we are requiring 2 lots to be completed. The 1st is from the front door. We need a back wall built for a photography set, the wall needs to be free standing and able to be moved, so will be in panels. The total length required is 6m x 3m high. The surface needs to be suitable to paint. This is needed in a two week timeframe, the warehouse is available from the 4th March, so happy for the build to happen on site.

I am restoring a double concrete laundry tub but it needs a stand. I have pictures of one with a wooden stand which I think would work well - there are also metal stands so I am not sure what is easier and least expensive. The tub is heavy so it needs to be able to cope with the weight. It is going into a new house that is underway. Tub Dimensions approx 1175mm long, 360 deep and 535 wide. The one I have is angled version.

As part of a new house build we need a purple heart deck of approximately 52m^2 completed. This work is partially started (bearers are there as they are part of the house, and two end joists have been attached to the house) The deck is an integral part of the house and is required for Xmas this year. Cupboard

Hi. I have an inbuilt cupboard that requires repair. A manhole was cut in the floor and now needs to be properly formed, and then the cupboard re-lined with shelves added for a built-in office space. Power points and a light will be needed and there is some cabling already in place which could be used. The black & gray pipework is for a gas hot water califont and the old pipe on the floor was part of an old water cylinder wetback system so can be removed.
