Hi, I am a Licensed Building Practitioner and NZ Certified Builders member operating in East & South Auckland. I have 10+ years experience with renovations of all sizes along with new builds and will take on smaller jobs, from decks to maintenance repairs. replacement of old kitchen bay window, replace bedroom window with sliding door onto a new deck, replace base panels and provide access under house
1920's villa deck replacement
This job was meant to be a simple relay of some new decking but after discovering the framing was not up too standard it ended up getting a full makeover. Upgraded the decking to Garapa, rebuilt the handrail replacing the shingles with new weather boards tying it into the rest of the house and a new set of enclosed stairs wrapped in the same Garapa decking
