Bungalow casement window

Hi I need a single wood casement done to replace a window I just discovered while replacing putty that it has dry rot. Another owners done a sneaky paint over and hide job, which I soooo hate. This window is 1050mm x 555mm. There is another window similar measure but not a case of rot just over planing (prob the previous owner) that I might consider getting done too, this is in second photo. Repairs to wall in kitchen

We are renovating our kitchen and have taken off some old gib which revealed wooden walls (tongue-in-groove? beadboard? not sure what to call it) but also a hole where a window was replaced. We need to have this and another little hole repaired. We have saved some of the wood from where we took out an old cupboard, so this could possibly be recycled/used for the repairs. Also we would like to know if the wood is suitable for being sanded and repainted.

We are looking at getting a deck built on the side of our home off the lounge. The area to be covered is 25square metres (approx). We will also be having a roof of 20 square metres over the deck, so we will need to factor the long poles into the corners of the deck. With the ground slightly sloping, it may prove to be a bit of a leveling thing too although we are quite prepared to help with the preparations.
