In order to finish, it needs the balustrade removed, board and batten cladding removed so the sealing can be re-done (this has been arranged) and then the decking finished. The job is urgent as the house needs to go on the market as soon as possible.

We have an old deck to the side and leading up to the front door that we would like redone. A lot of the decking boards are rotten but unsure what state the posts and joists are in. The deck is approx 10 - 13 sqm and max height of around 700mm. We are also looking at getting a small covered area in front of the front door. At this stage we are just looking at getting quotes to see if we can afford to get this done.
