Laundry cabinet rotten

Hello, I think I need a new laundry cabinet built around my tub and tapware (so I don’t have to pay for a plumber as well). The bottom of the inbuilt unit is rotten. Hi, I have a few jobs that need doing which are outside of my capability. There is an internal roller door that jams about 1/4 of the way out. I have a drawer door front that needs reattaching, I previously had someone do some others and he used elbow shaped metal plates with screws (pic attached) so just the same again needs doing. Repair rotten window sill and framing

Window sill was found to rotten while renovating. Window framing also rotten would like it replaced or repaired. We have wood for the window sill that is the same as what was removed it just needs cutting and fixing. The window window framing will need to be repaired or replaced as well. Rot is in a fixed window down on the bottom. Window framing is about 580x 900mm .
