I have warped particle board flooring on a corner of the house. Water appears to be coming off the decking and sitting above the joists and tracking onto the particle board flooring. It's only a small area impacted (less than 0.5m) but might be a little tricky as it's right in the corner. Good access to the area.

My deck is 2.49m x 6.8m and I am looking to remove the existing deck timber and replace is with new timber that matches the other decks I have around my house. I have attached a photo of the timber used elsewhere at my property. I also have a whole/gap in the weatherboard on the exterior of my house where I have removed an old Air conditioning unit.
