Have a window that is leaking as well as weather boards needing replacing prior to painting - two story house. Upper story weather boards lower story rough cast. Have included a photo of the main repairs as rest of house ok but likely with closer inspection perhaps a few other minor repairs. Ideally looking for a tradesperson who could handle the repairs and has painting contacts as really only wanting to deal with one contractor. No set timeframes.

Rotten Stud Repair #2

I need a professional to replace the rotten section of a wall stud with treated timber. I dug out some rot in one of my window frames and found that it extended to the stud. A some weather boards will need to be removed to access it. I don't need it to be pretty, just rot free and stable . I will do bogging and painting touch ups myself as cost is a limiting factor.
