Removal of a load bearing wall is intimidating to me, and Irne made this much easier, organising architects, council approvals, engineers, plumbers, electricians, and other tradesman. I would be happy to recommend Retro Construction to anyone initiating a new complicated project. I found he was very thorough in analysing the requirement printing out all plans prior to first meet, and although we went over the initial quote by ~19%, I believe it was acceptable relative to the age of the house.
