January 2026 - Finishing garage and attic

Over the last 10 years I have completed 4 large building projects (new builds, renovations, retaining walls - all requiring building consent) and worked in that time with about 10 different builders & building companies. Kingsbury & Veitch were by far the best: the detail in every aspect of their work, the superb (and unusual) knowledge of the building code, the reliability in showing up and finally the flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. I very much enjoyed working with them.

Just a great person in general. Passionate about his work with great attention to detail. Keeps you updated on progress, and is open and honest with what will be best for your house - especially when other issues are found. I highly recommend him and will likely only use his services if he's available. He also extended back deck, redid the front deck and replaced rotting beams in the roof structure.
