Hi, I have been building in the Auckland region for the past 25years. Half of this period I have been building for the developers, and the later half I have been spec building(building for myself). Most of my jobs have been new houses, how ever in the last 5 years I have done mostly renovations and maintenance including decks,retaining walls, fence etc.I am a qualified builder and hold a New Zealand national certificate in carpentry. I am a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).
