Attic Hatch Door in Garage Ceiling needs new latch

Clyde was excellent to deal with. He had to order a heavy duty latch from Australia via Bunnings which took a few weeks and he kept me informed of progress. The job itself only took a couple of hours to complete and he even painted the hatch door to make it look more presentable. The new latch has made the heavy attic door safe to use again. I would highly recommend him.
