Reuben's actual work was good, and when at the site he worked hard. His contractors were also hardworking. Sadly Reuben's attendance at the site was a recurring problem. He had an over-optimistic plan for working around other jobs. He was frequently absent on days he had promised to be there, and the excuses became less and less credible as the months went on.
