We found Ruahine Property Works to be a good company to deal with. We had a minor issue and Connor sorted it out very quickly and to our liking. The builders did a good job and the plasterer was amazing. he explained what he was doing, how long it would take and the finish was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone getting remedial work/reno/additions done to anyone. the price was what we expected with no hidden costs, and after getting them to do a little extra the price didn't blow out.

Competitive pricing with great finished product. Our gables were replaced by the team. A big two story house with 7 peaks - the scaffolding was delayed so they came in during the weekends to finish on time. Expect to pay for products up front, and a deposit on start day, then final payment on finish. Very good communication, both on the job and via ph/ email. We will use again.

Pleased with the result. Somewhat disappointed in the composite product we chose (Ekodeck). There were some faded planks (which were rectified by sanding) and we did not realise that screws would be required, but Hugo did his best to disguise these. So advise caution and careful planning if choosing this product.

We used Craig for a full renovation on a house in Ashurst, Palmerston North for a property that was in a very poor state. The work included the removal of 2 walls, a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom, installing a new front door and set of French doors and building a new deck among other smaller jobs. Craig recommended other sub-trades as well. We can't rate Craig highly enough for his work and for ensuring the tight deadline was met and the job ran smoothly.

Allan himself could not conplete the job himself instead sending a Collegue named Sam. Allan and Sam were professional, arriving on time and communicating effectively throughout the project. They took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable input on the design, ensuring the ramp was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
