Benji did a good job. however a few weeks have past and it is not complete. i did say I was not in a huge hurry, however, he did not turn up on the agreed day and I have since not heard from him. The job just needs a small amount of plastering to finish and does not affect how the cat door works. Might I suggest Benji to not take on so much work or to get a diary to write your jobs in so you can refer to it and not forget future customers. Other than that, I am happy with the job. :-).

Very quick at responding and starting the job. The craftsmanship was good, but there were some split pieces of wood. Didn't create exactly what we had asked for to begin with, so ended up having to come back the next day to finish it which resulted in us spending more money because they hadn't factored in this amount of wood. Also didn't remove a piece of wood as instructed. End product suited what we needed.
