Reinstate internal garage

Sometime in the past, an internal garage at my house was converted into a rumpus room and office. I now want to have the garage reinstated. A section of exterior wall with windows needs removing (approx 2500w x 2300h), reframed and an automatic garage door installing. The internal wall that the separates the now rumpus room and office also needs removing to give the garage sufficient length. Current rumpus room length approx 4100 with a further 2100 available in the office area.
