Our team of Licenced Building Practitioners, BCITO qualified, experienced tradesman can complete all the interior building works required for any project, so our client doesn't have the stress of finding numerous contractors needed. Although we mainly work on large commercial projects and new town houses throughout the city, we also construct smaller projects such as shop fit-outs, retirement homes, apartments, house refurbishments or commercial office fitouts. I cannot recommend using Smith Interiors to anyone. They were 15% of my renovation budget and 90% of the stress. They hid items in the scope of works by poorly describing the scope. They added gst on top of a gst included quitems twice. They refused to fix quality defects or scope items not done. They insisted on payment before project was complete and have threatened to send me to debt collectors and to court as I've withheld payment of $1000 (<7% of project) until work is complete.

Smiths Interiors were prompt to respond and provide quotes. On acceptance of the job they completed the work quickly, professionally and high standard. The team were polite and neat and tidy and made sure that they created a little mess as possible. I would hesitate to use them again.
