We have an issue with one of our taps where it does not seem to stop leaking, unless it is done up very tightly. We also have a toilet that doesn't flush properly without the lid being pulled off and we manually have to lift the leaver inside the cistern.

Includes: - laundry tub - washing machine - toilet - bathroom vanity - bath tap Would also like our washing machine plumbed temporarily into our bathroom while we undertake work in the first. In rental property handbasin cold tap won't turn on. All hot taps need new washers. Have purchased good looking second hand Methven taps for handbasin and matching taps for the bath. Possibily looking at replacing hand basin taps in ensuite as well, Looking for appraisal of all taps. New taps may or maynot be required. Or installation of second hand taps along with washers to be changed. Additional purchase of taps if Methven aren't suitable.
