Driveway toby leaking

The Council have checked it out and reckon the issue is not on their side so I need to get it repaired. There is no drop in water pressure inside the house. This has been faulty for about 2 weeks now and although the water isn't gushing out, it's still sufficient to warrant attention asap. When the toby is turned off the leak stops.

I have an external water tap, supplied by pipe that comes from under the floor (on piles) of my 55yo brick house. The supply pipe is leaking so that water is now leaking through the brick and onto the ground. I think I might have cracked the pipe when fitting the new tap.

We have 3 leaks under our house from when we got gas hot water put it a couple of years ago. Hubby has been under the house to have a look and there are 2 fittings joining pvc pipe to metal that are leaking and one right angle fitting rubbed on wood leaking, but it's crimped on so needs to be cut out and replaced.

The overflow drain from s/tank to cesspit is blocked. The tank has recently been emptied. This may require digging up pipe or inserting camera to trace blockage and repair. Or replacing with new drainage pipe. Septic was probably put in when house built - 1950s.
