When kitchen sink mixer was installed over time with constant swiveling while using the mixer has caused the whole assembly to come loose, I have attempted to secure the under bench securing nut which gives it slight security, but after numerous more swivels it has worked itself loose again, it needs the attention from a qualified plumber with the right tools. I need repairs on two separate toilets: First issue: The plastic cap of the cistern tap has broken on one of them - need to replace the cistern tap with a chrome one for both toilets before the other breaks too. Second issue: Water is leaking from the tank to the bowl. Suspect the issue is the rubber washer on the bottom of the valve. I've been to 5+ stores incl Plumbing World to look for a replacement washer but no one had it. Suspect we'll need the whole valve replaced (I can't find the bran...

We need a shower head replaced with a replica one for a shower box and a vanity replaced with one the same size. The vanity taps will go from 2 separate taps to 1. We have the shower head and vanity already purchased and ready to install. The shower head replacement is a replica, just changing from a plastic one to chrome.

Drain root - spot repair

CCTV recording show tree roots in our drain pipe (in close proximity to where it joins the Council pipe). The location of the block is marked by the wooden peg in the photos. The pipe is at an estimated depth of 2 meters under the (soft) ground. Partially cleared the roots using hydrojet a while ago. Currently, the drain is not blocked, but we would like to clear the roots by spot repair.

Pressure reduction Valve

We have a low pressure hot water system. In the last day or so hot water has started to flow from the overflow on our roof, I suspect that the pressure reduction valve has failed. Looking to get that replaced/fixed. There is good access to the reduction valve under the house. See the attached pictures.

Improve drainage

The rear of the property has been recently excavated with a retaining wall and drainage coils installed. There is water pooling which isn't being taken away by the coils which is out-of-scope of the excavation project. I would like some extra drainage installed to connect with the existing coils.
