Rainwater comes down hill onto the back of my house and dribbles under house. Not a lot of water but enough to make under the house damp. Cut concrete along back of house - 20 cms away from grey brick wall (7 metres long). The wooden steps you see can be lifted away. Dig down 25cms so as not to undercut footings.
