I have a split level house and on the top level the water pressure is fine in the sink but not in the shower or bath. I do plan to renovate my bathroom in around a years time but would like to see if this can be fixed before hand. The water pressure in the rest of the house is fine and I have also asked neighbours and their pressure is fine in the upstairs.

Our water level in our toilet (tank level) is too high and its leaking into the overflow tube and its therefore constantly running. I think its just a matter of adjusting the float, which should be very easy for a plumber. We also have a tap that is leaking that would be good to get sorted. So two basic jobs.

Need drain laying to fix water coming from ground

The water pipe to the house broke so needed a new pipe to be laid. Hired contractor to lay new pipe to the house. Pipe was laid but due to the house being on a slope water now comes down the same hole as the pipe and drains into the ground under the house. Contractor said hole would close naturally due to land moving etc however this was 8 years ago and it is still leaking. Need to have a permanent fix on how to resolve this issue please.

Bathroom leak Between floors

On June 6 two water drops were found on downstairs lounge ceiling. One was dripping very slowly. This Same dripping area showed the shape of sodden narrow wood plank. Nothing obvious from upstairs bathroom but leak and dripping stopped once bathroom not being used. The next day, the 2 areas already looked to be drying up with brown edges and no water drops.
