Unit is already installed in a recess box. Require hot and cold water connection, gas connect with compliance cert. and small pipe for condensate to a drain 3 mtrs from unit. Gas supply is 3 mtrs from unit, water pipes within 2 mtrs. Access ( directly below recess box) under house is 700 to 900mm, clean and dry. Also require old electric hot water cylinder to be disconnected from water. Waiting on power point to be installed for EF24, I can be home anytime during business hours with 2 hrs notice...

We have a leak in the grey flexible hose that supplies one of the bathroom vanity taps. We need someone to supply the part and then replace it clamp it Tomorrow (Monday 5th August) to prevent further water damage etc. This seems like it will be a very quick job.
