To fit new toilet, vanity tap and shower in an already renovated bathroom. Plumbing is in correct spot and all tiling is done so just need someone to connect shower, bath spout, shower diverter/mixer and toilet up to all new fittings (all on site) and to connect to drain outside. Is also a sink/insinkerator/water filter/dishwasher in new kitchen and a laundry tub to connect shortly, but we are not quite there yet as are waiting for bench tops. Need someone good at in-wall toilets!

Our in-wall toilet (about 9 years old) mechanism can't be adjusted properly anymore (at least by me!). It runs for a little bit on and off all day long, and yet the mechanism is getting stuck (inside the wall) if I make the stems longer. The stems pop back behind the plastic wall. Hard to explain. It needs a good adjustment or possibly replacement I think.

Some slight piping work for swapping bathroom fixture positions around. Easy access from garage underhouse. Drain root - spot repair #2

CCTV recording show tree roots in our drain pipe (in close proximity to where it joins the Council pipe). The location of the block is marked by the wooden peg in the photos. The pipe is at an estimated depth of 2 meters under the (soft) ground. Partially cleared the roots using hydrojet a while ago. Currently, the drain is not blocked, but we would like to clear the roots by spot repair.
