We've ordered a new 1200mm floating vanity which is to be hung in our bathroom and also need to install a new freestanding bathtub. The job involves removing the old floating basin and hanging the new vanity (as seen in the photo) and ideally the complete the plumbing also. Bath tap won't turn off

Had an incident where we couldn't turn our bath tap off. Tap was eternally turning and not closing off the water unless pressure was applied to the tap. Old style claw foot bath tub with old (looking, not sure if they're actually old or just made to look old) fittings. Suspect it may just need a new washer as we could half ass fix the problem at the time by taking the tap head off and jaming a hairtye in there to make it turn enough to stop the water.

Hi there, We are having a Geotech report completed on our section in Ravensbourne in a couple of weeks. We need to locate where our stormwater and sewer drains are so that we don't puncture them with completing the Geotech boreholes. Ideally, the job would be completed by Friday 25th June.
