Quoted $1200, invoiced close to $2300. Charged $450 for removing dirt yet my lawn was covered in excess dirt which I spent hours racking off. Would have kept all dirt, as it was needed, and it was never communicated that it would be removed at my cost. Challenged the invoice and his response was he told me it was a ball park figure. That was not at all communicated and it contradicts what a quote is all about.
