I have two bathtubs. One downstairs (spa bath) and one upstairs (standard bath with overhead shower). The downstairs bathroom with be converted into two separate showers. I want to recover the spa bath and put it upstairs in place of the standard bath (and retain the overhead shower).

The filter inside the LG Fridge needs replacing. I have the filter but cant work out how to remove old one and put in the new. Its one of those fridges that dispenses water and ice. The extractor fan above oven doesnt function well either and needs checking.

We have a far too big 300L electric hot water cylinder that we want to change to something smaller and significantly cheaper to run!. Either a smaller hot water electric cylinder or gas infinity type. Open to solar too. Basically need someone to come and quote/advise for us. In addition the location of the cylinder is in our large laundry, which we'd like to convert to a second bathroom & install a new shower (possibly where the current hot water cylinder is!). I need approximately 3 soak pits dug around my house and exisiting down piping connected to the pits via trenching. I think back of house would only require one pit and existing corner down pipes both connected to it. Flat access for mini digger at back if needed, but may require manual dig in front due to lip of driveway making it difficult for a digger to get over onto slightly lower lawn?
