It's in an ex state house so a very small bathroom area... The (approx 3/4 length a.k.a small) bath tub and bathroom sink on had those mechanical plugs put in by the previous owner... and the previous tenants didn't do a very good job of cleaning them... net result, they got permanently stuck. The cheap fiberglass/plastic bath tub's drain exit pipe has now become unattached and will need reconnecting (so the pipe fittings and drain will need a new connection / plug housing) - preferably wit...

Have an old toilet that needs replacing. Not broken just want it updated. Have found one at bunnings that look nice, says it fits a P or S trap so should work. the current toilet has an inlet pipe doing into the cistern on the right hand side attaching to a tap on the wall, so not sure if that works with the newer toilets.

Water not heating up, pressure low.

Recently the hot water in the showers and taps has gone luke warm and the pressure when on hot very low. The thermostat on the hot water cylinder was at 40 i put it up to 60 last night. Had a shower this morning no change. Also there has been water coming out of the blow off valve at the top of the house. Can anyone help? Cheers
