I have bought a new toilet and need to get it installed. It is going in the bathroom which has not previously had a toilet so the concrete floor needs to be cut, and pipes installed. It is side on to the outside wall, but the toilet is made to work like that. The water is not a problem as the water pipes are in the ceiling.
