Just a little bit of background about me. My Plumbing Maintenance company that I owned in South Africa for more than 15 years serviced Property Managers and Insurance companies across our region. We left South Africa for a better future for our boys and have not regretted coming here for one second. I decided a while ago that I want to start my own business as I know I have the passion and skills to succeed and just need to be given the opportunity to prove myself and what I have to offer. I have included reference letters from mayor companies I worked for in South Africa for you to look at.
Although my Specialised trade is Plumbing and Drain laying my vision for my company is being able to offer an all in one service, a one call does it all for your convenience, not a Jack of all trades, but being able to offer experience and skills across the board. I prioritise customer satisfaction above all, when you as a property manager have suppliers that exceed your clients expectations it makes you look good and as the saying goes, if you look good we look good!
Due to us being in the industry for many years we understand the importance of customer satisfaction which includes being punctual, always friendly and understanding, respecting the customers private property and ensuring when we walk away a customer should be 100% satisfied with work that was done. We are comfortable with using systems and learning your ways of work to ensure smooth operation, we also include a customer satisfaction card with every invoice along with photos of work complete.
