Two jobs 1) The carpet at the entrance of our main bathroom is wet ( immediately adjacent to bathroom tiles at the door frame where my foot is pointing at) so maybe there is a pipe leaking water under the tiles? 2) A while ago , we also saw water on floor , at the corner between the toilet base and the wall behind the toilet. It dried out quickly . We continue to use the toilet and have not seen it happen again so far but we'd also like to have a check see if there is any problem needs fixing...

Would like quotes for a full toilet replacement. The old one we have is ugly as. Piping is also accessible in the basement if needed with over 1.6m clearance. 1 kitchen tap needs replacing. Have new tap ready to install. Bathroom tap seems to be leaking over vanity. Leak needs to be found and fixed. Toilet is dripping after flushing. Fix hot water cylinder overflow/low flow at taps

Old gas hot water cylinder in laundry cupboard, fairly low pressure to taps and especially old shower since cylinder relocated and header tank removed several years ago. Overflowing on roof almost constantly for a while, but recently quantity of water lost has increased, and low outlet pressure more noticeable.
