Toilet to fit off. Also we are plumbed for a wallhung vanity but needs to be altered to take a basin with a 32mm bottle trap as it is the cold pipe is in exactly the wrong spot for the bolt fixing. I have included pics showing the vanity /shower waste connecting into stack.
