We are currently engaged in a residential development project at 72-86 Geddis avenue (property owned by Housing New Zealand) and would like to obtain a quotation from you for a CCTV survey to be carried out for the wastewater line located at the rear of the site. The survey scope is shown in the attached PDF. CCTV to indicate pipe condition, size and material, depth at MH (inverts in and out), and depths at boundaries. The above depths should be noted on a plan.

I think a pipe leading from the toilet may have broken. The toilet drains slowly, unless plunged. I went as far as trying to plunge the outside drain and water spurted upwards outside. I know the pipes are not buried very deep. I need an URGENT quote by the 10th Oct for WINZ.

When it rains, as the back section is higher, the water runs under the house and slowly runs through and soaks down the driveway. We are looking at a trench type arrangement that would detour the water away from the house and soak down the driveway totally stopping water from going under the house.
