Great company to work with. Professional, friendly, and came when promised. Happy for us to pay half the invoice when the first part of the job was done ,balance at the finish. Would welcome them if any other plumbing needs to be done.

Reviewing Otis's quote process. It's refreshing to have a professional interaction and to have good communication with a tradie, I made a decision not to use Otis but that is no reflection on him, I decided to take a different approach.
