Install drain - remove concrete pad, lay drain, connect to existing soak hole,dispose of debris. Water is building up at entrance way after rain, compromising access to the main entrance and adjoining garage. Require assessment and detailed quote as this is a bodycorp apartment building of 4 flats and all owners will be contributing to the costs. 1. Our bathroom tap is leaking from the base so that water is pooling on our vanity. 2. Our bath tap water pressure is really sad.
