The soak hole drain in driveway does not clear water after heavy rain. After heavy rain the drive area floods. We need this soak hole checking for blockage. The driveway around the soak hole drain is laid with pavers which are loose and beginning to raise and crack. I think, we may need to look at these driveway pavers and relay them.

Check under shower floor and/or in wall for possible leak. St. steel shower tray creaking and appearing to be moving/sinking. Weatherboards on exterior wall below bathroom rotting. Source plumber if required, then repair flooring if needed and replace rotten weatherboards.

Remove shub from shower and replace with a standard shower tray. Will entail some re-tiling from the previous height of the shub down to the height of the replacement tray. Re grouting of old tiles required. Taps will also need to be replaced. Once the job is started it will have to be complete asap as people are living in the house.
