Rough in and fit off plumbing for new shower - install new shower mixer and new waste. Random photo is view of access to existing waste plumbing from level below the bathroom. Rough in plumbing for new bath - install new mixer and fittings for new spout. Fit off bath plumbing once gib and tiles are complete. It's possible the vanity plumbing may also need to be adjusted. The thermostat on our low pressure gas hot water cylinder is not working - we need to either repair it or if it is not repairable replace it (and will have questions about possibilities for secondhand cylinders in this case). Install a new vanity (under where the mirror cabinet is) install a new bigger mirror cabinet. and re do the shower so new lining, new floor and adding on a door.
