Gijima Review. Five star service. We used the team at Gijima to replace Dux Quest piping. We could not book the work before the quote expired due to our settlement date. We contacted Johan, explained the situation, and he agreed to honour the original quote. Strong start. We set a date for the work. Johan sent us a detailed report with photos showing the stages of the Dux Quest work. Our bank only approved the home loan on the condition this work was completed. Johan prepared the report with bank review in mind, without us needing to ask. The invoice lists the work. The report gives full detail. The report made the process easier and reduced stress. Two days before the job started, we lost hot water. We emailed Johan to ask if he could check the issue. He came over the next afternoon and got things moving straight away. Communication stays fast and clear. His style feels direct, friendly, and professional. We always knew who was coming and when. He also arrived early to start work, which we appreciated. The service impressed us so much that we booked Johan to install a water filtration system before he left. He completed the job a few days later. He explained how the system works. We prefer to have him handle the filter changes. He shows up when he says he will and does the job well. One less task for us to manage. We also ran into an issue with the water mains shut off valve. The LIM did not list it, and the previous owners left no notes. Johan found it. He also found more Dux Quest during the filtration install and replaced it at the same time. The only thing Johan does not fix is our fish pond. We still go to him first for recommendations, including for roofing work. We trust his judgement. We also hired a kitchen renovation team based on his recommendation. Gijima already has the builder, the gas fitter, the roofer, and the plumber. We look forward to an electrician joining the team. A gardener or landscaper would also fit this business well. Prices for the work stayed clear and upfront. We value this type of company. Reliable. Practical. Well connected. One place to call. Johann did the plumbing work, vanity and shower tray install for our Ensuite renovation. We were impressed with his work so we got him back to do our Hot Water cylinder upgrade. We needed our hot water cylinder replaced. I contacted Johan from Gijima to come out and have a look. Quote was given the same day and our hot water cylinder was replaced 2 days later. Johan and his team was exceptional and gave us a great experience. Their communication was great throughout the whole process. Johan was very professional and the work was outstanding!
