Final fix and storm water connection

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brook accepted the job without visiting the site, quoting cheaper than someone who can and visited. Almost impossible to get the required paper work from him (PS3). MAIN ISSUE is the work failed council inspections - which means we will now have to pay someone else to do it (ripping up concrete since poured). He’s lied many times about it being fixed (or about to be). He also never showed to inspections despite saying he was on his way.

There seems to be quite the disconnect between the trades people and the amin staff. Their trades people do a professional job, although they turned up a day late and 4 hours later than they said they would on the day they did turn up. They still haven't provided me with the CCTV footage as they are holding it back until I pay them for work the initially said they wouldn't charge me for. I have paid the full amount agreed on the Builderscrack website. I would not recommend Taylor plumbing.
